Methodology
Official-source routing, not guesswork.
ZoningUseCheck starts with the address, resolves the best city/state source path, and labels what is exact, useful, or still requires official verification.
Quick answer
How ZoningUseCheck uses official sources, confidence labels, and address-based source routing without inventing answers.
Confidence labels
- High: connected official source for the market and check type.
- Medium: official source exists, but exact status depends on parcel facts or agency portal verification.
- Low: no stable official source is connected yet; we route to the safest public source path.
What we do not do
No guessed zoning or allowed-use claims. We do not turn weak clues into a yes/no answer when an official record, map, permit, ordinance, or agency decision is required.
